The content of the nurse educator track focuses on the theoretical foundations of nursing education, the teacher-learner process, curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation in both the classroom and clinical areas. Strategies are taught that address not only individual but group learning in a variety of settings. Students have both theory and clinical practice coursework. Clinical experiences are designed to meet individual learning needs in those areas in which the student desires to practice.
