The Nurse Educator track offers students the time and choices needed to balance school with work and family responsibilities. Likewise, included in the Nurse Educator curriculum are 360 practicum hours, which offer you more on-the-job, real-world experience. Because nurse educators are always in demand, graduates of this track often work in a variety of settings, including academia as instructors, researchers and advisors. They also may work in clinical health-care settings as staff development specialists, preceptors, patient educators, orientation leaders and clinical instructors, just to name a few.
