Advances in technology have increased access to educational opportunities across all sectors of society. However, such advances have not led to comparable increases in the quality of educational experiences. There is an urgent need for qualified professionals who are able to design high-quality instructional materials for fully online, blended and conventional learning environments in business and industry, PK-12 and higher education settings.
