If your goal is to work in a Human Services program in the future or if you are currently employed in an agency, the one-year Human Services Certificate may be of interest to you. The Human Services Certificate prepares students for entrylevel positions in Human Services programs and/or matriculation into the Social Work or Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling options in the Human Services Associate Degree Program. The program introduces students to Human Services or Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling theories and to the integration of theory and practice.
