The master of science (M.S.) in education with a specialization in cognitive and behavior disabilities at the Fischler School of Education focuses on training educators to manage the complex and diverse learning styles of today’s student population. This specialization provides educators with advanced training in three special education concentration areas – developmental disabilities, emotional and behavioral disorders, and learning disabilities – as well as a foundation and assessment, classroom management, law, curriculum and development, and other areas.
