The Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling (MSCRMHC) program offers a rigorous curriculum of live and online coursework and fieldwork experiences designed to prepare graduates for state licensure eligibility and national certification. The program is fully accredited by the Council on Rehabilitation Education (CORE). Founded in 1969, the program has achieved and maintained accreditation since 1978. Beginning in 2015 the program started completion of application and self-study materials for dual accreditation (Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and Clinical Mental Health Counseling) by the Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP).
