The program is designed for teachers who already have an existing classroom teaching license and wish to deepen their knowledge of reading. Completion of the 18 credit program and the state licensure exam would make you eligible for the K-12 Reading Teacher licensure endorsement.

The program is all online and done at the student's convenience. There is not a set time when you need to be online each week. We use readings, discussion, videos and applied assignments in the courses. There is a practicum that calls for students to do testing and tutoring of an individual student.
