The 39-semester hour Master of Arts in Reading Education degree program may be completed on a part-time or full-time basis and all courses are available online. MAEd-READ students earn a K-12 reading specialist license as they explore current reading research, assessment/diagnosis of reading difficulties, management/oversight of reading/literacy programs, and develop action research projects related to an area of personal interest.
