East Carolina University's College of Education offers degree-completion programs in elementary education, special education-general curriculum, and middle grades education to students transitioning from a North Carolina community college through Wells Fargo Partnership East. These degree-completion programs can be completed at one of four consortia hub sites located in eastern North Carolina or through the online Virtual Consortium.

You can graduate from East Carolina with a BS degree leading to licensure by completing the first two years of the program at any one of our partnering community colleges.
