The objective of the program is to develop self-motivated leaders who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the broadest context of a higher educational community. The capstone component of the HE, a graduate co-op with portfolio, offers invaluable career preparation. Students undertake an action-research project in which they are challenged to apply their newfound knowledge to identify and resolve a real-life issue in a professional setting.
