The Online Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership provides a broad business education that focuses on the fundamentals of business management and critical leadership skills, and is immediately relevant to today's business challenges and changing climate. It consists of seven courses in core business areas such as management, economics, and business law and ethics; two electives in emerging areas such as global entrepreneurship, managing diversity in the global environment, and new media and electronic commerce; and one capstone course that synthesizes all of the knowledge gained throughout the program.
