Do you "know beyond a reasonable doubt" that criminal law is the field for you? The Criminal Litigation certificate has the added benefit of specialized courses in both Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice Studies courses. Students will develop a research and writing foundation coupled with a thorough review of the criminal litigation process and important substantive knowledge on criminal courts, criminal law and criminal procedure and will be asked to draft a number of pleadings and motions. Students who pass this certificate of completion program can articulate these courses for credit upon being accepted into a Bryant & Stratton College degree program.
