The BSBA Management major is intended for students seeking to prepare for managerial and leadership responsibilities in a technologically-oriented, diverse, dynamic, and global environment. The management major is designed to provide knowledge of why people behave as they do in organizations; knowledge of the dynamics and methods that are involved in leadership, motivation, communication, and group processes; and the managerial skills necessary for effective decision making and problem solving to contribute to organizational effectiveness.
