This program prepares health professional for service in the church and community to enhance the health of human populations and promote a healthy lifestyle through personal and community efforts. This online degree is unique in its emphasis on vegetarian wellness. This degree is available in two tracks. In Track I, the student will have to complete a Field Practicum and research project. Track II students will complete a Dietetic Internship for dietetic students.
