A joint program offered by Texas A&M University and Texas Tech University.

The program utilizes a variety of delivery methods with primary tools utilizing eCampus (a virtual learning environment used to access course material), WebMeeting (an internet discussion software), and occasionally Interactive Video Conferencing (ITV). Students will generally have one asynchronous course each semester or all courses online during the first two years of the program. In addition, the cohort will work together on a regular basis including face-to-face meetings at campus and professional locations.
