Early Childhood Management (A.S.) prepares students for careers with young children in public/private child development centers and family home child care centers. The curricula teach evidence-based, developmentally-appropriate and culturally-sensitive practices that build social, emotional, physical and cognitive development. Graduates are qualified to become 0-3 year old teachers, VPK teachers, home operators (family child care) and child care center directors. The degree will articulate to the Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.
