The Dakota College at Bottineau Associate of Arts (AA) in English provides students with the basic general education background in communication, reading, and critical thinking to be successful in their academic and professional careers.

The program also provides creative writing and a variety of literature courses that allow students to expand analytical and writing horizons and/or transfer into a
baccalaureate major in English. Most 200-level courses provide the basic general education requirements for Arts and Humanities and the beginning course requirements for an English degree.
